downloadTable(stage: Stage, url: string): Promise<Table>
Download a table from a remote location.
Parameters
- stage: Stage
  Stage on which the table should be valid
- url: string
  URL from which to download the table
Returns Promise<Table>
Throws
if the data cannot be downloaded or it is the incorrect size
